“Baskets are lovely, but delivery not so good. Was told Friday when I placed the order, but it didn't arrive until Tuesday - over the hottest period we've had so far. I don't know how the contents fared and this could have ruined the products.”

“The original request was for a 20th December delivery of the Christmas box and they received it on the 13th yet you were still advertising until just the other day that Christmas deliveries could still be made. That was a bit disappointing. The box itself was great and it was delivered to the right place so that was all good. It is a seamless way to provide a gift when the postal service from overseas is so haphazard at the moment. Thank you.”

“Personally, the items received and purchased from Gourmet Basket have been fantastic and I appreciate the stylish package and the quality of contents. However on this occasion, the recipient noted that the delivery arrived with damaged items. Olive oil bottle and other condiments broken and leaked through the box.”

“The ease of building the hamper and the variety on offer was great. The only disappointing thing was on the delivery side. The hamper which was a gift to an interstate recipient was left on the road verge and delivered to the next door neighbour.”

“The service was excellent and when I had trouble ordering on the website, the company was very helpful. but I was trying to buy hampers as a guest, and as I had a profile on their database, this seemed impossible. My clients seemed were happy with their gifts.”

“My only complaint is that I ordered 2 x Christmas hampers to be delivered on 14/12/21 One was delivered to Melbourne 28/11/21 the other to Perth 3/12/21. I realise AusPost is a bit all over the place but there's not much point in requesting a date if delivery is adrift by 2+ weeks. Delivery times need looking at. Having said that the contents were good quality. Would I use them again probably not.”
