“I sent three baskets Two were delivered One was unable to be delivered and trackers told me it had been taken back to Greenacre I didn’t find out until after the weekend that it had been left at the nearest post office where we could have picked it up and delivered to my Covid sick grandson Edith Klimt”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the delivery did not occur as planned, as the delivery driver should have left a card in the letterbox advising there was something to collect from the local post office. “I liked the range of goodies available and especially the option of adding extra items of personal choice. My only complain, is that the delivery date wasn't very accurate. It took 4 days more (includes the weekend) than the anticipated 2 days I was told once after placing the order. The gift only just arrived before my recipient was due leave for a trip away.”

“Baskets are lovely, but delivery not so good. Was told Friday when I placed the order, but it didn't arrive until Tuesday - over the hottest period we've had so far. I don't know how the contents fared and this could have ruined the products.”

“The original request was for a 20th December delivery of the Christmas box and they received it on the 13th yet you were still advertising until just the other day that Christmas deliveries could still be made. That was a bit disappointing. The box itself was great and it was delivered to the right place so that was all good. It is a seamless way to provide a gift when the postal service from overseas is so haphazard at the moment. Thank you.”
