Hello Christine Thank you so much for reaching out. Apologies that your daughter didn't receive her gift. I have looked into this further for you and it appears that the courier attempted a delivery on the 22/11/19 as requested although due to an unsuccessful delivery your gift was taken to the post office for collection.
