“It was a gift I sent to my real estate agent for helping me sell my house. He always took his shoes off when he entered my property - it's what they do although my care factor was '0' I noticed on all occasions that he wore novelty type socks and I always made a comment of his 'socks of the day' theme. So when I noticed that your company sold 'scotch & socks' I new that it was the perfect gift for him. Also when he received the beautiful basket he knew it was from me - without reading my card and the laughs continued when he rang and thanked me The order was delivered the day I specified. So thanks was appreciated on all levels”

“Hi. The woman who helped me on the phone was fantastic - smart and patient and able to solve my online ordering problems. I had two baskets delivered to the Children's Hospital for two different groups of people. I don't want to ask if they loved them, but I hope so! With thanks, Kirsten Alexander”

“As for your performance I was not impressed. I ordered my hamper on Wednesday evening to be delivered in Brisbane on Friday and this was not to be a problem. It did not arrive at its destination and was an embarrassment for me as my daughter received nothing for her birthday. Courier unable to be contacted over weekend. Eventually arrived on the following Monday. Not impressed with this and when an employee from this Co was available they offered ne a refund of $16.95 being shipping. I spent over $171.00 so still very unsatisfactory”
