“Your site is very easy to navigate (for us oldies). Your goods & wares are very well displayed with elaborate descriptions. One thing that did happen was when I elected to pay via PayPal the system would not transfer me to the PayPal site. I closed that order down & made a new online order which was successful.”

“The basket was fine however the delivery did not arrive until 4:30 on Friday. At this point it was too late for me to deliver and for them to enjoy at the end of their day. It would be appreciated in the future if you made it clear that deliveries could come anytime between 10 am and 5 pm and that you don't deliver the baskets yourselves.”

“My employee loved the basket. My only disappointment was that my confirmation email said it would be delivered on Friday and instead it was delivered on Monday. As it was a surprise thank you gift I couldn’t ask if it had been delivered so I was concerned that the $200 hamper had gone missing over the weekend An email to advise delayed delivery would have been appreciated.”

Hello Tracey, Thank you for your feedback, apologies that your gift arrived a day earlier than expected and for any inconvenience this has caused. Due to the location this gift was being sent to it required to leave our warehouse two business days before the gift delivery date, unfortunately the courier seems to have delivered it earlier than anticipated.
