They were very responsive to my question. The delivery options did not suit the occasion so they were very speedy at giving me a refund, which I was grateful did not create an argument. Of course if I can use them in the future I certainly will.

I'm buying from southamerica and i paid for the delivery on the next day. The person that was suppose to recive the basket waited all day long for the present and nothing happened. From the support system they told me that there was no one at home, thats false. She had to collect it from a post office. She loved the basket present but Its a pitty cause i found your page online as one of the best delivery of presents on Sydney but im really disappointed.

Item ordered before 5pm and delivered before 10am the next day. Amazing service and the chocolate flowers were so well received. This is the third time I have used the service in as many weeks and will continue to recommend gourmet basket.
