“Arrived quickly. Looks great, packaging and goods. However my upgrade ( including payment) of wine did not occur which is disappointing. I will be contacting for a refund.”

“All was excellent except the English Breakfast tea day in a beautiful tin pictured online did not arrive and was substituted for the T2 tea - this was fine however the tin was part of the attraction for selecting this hamper. Presentation was excellent and delivered as promised. Thank you.”

“No complaints about the actual hamper, but really disappointed and major issues with the delivery. This was purchased as a gift, I live in the UK, my son in Sydney. I was hoping it would be a nice surprise, but alas, no! After receiving several emails from the courier stating the hamper had been dispatched and delivered I contacted my son, to find out he had not received it (bang goes the surprise). Then told it had been delivered to a ‘Daniel’ no idea who Daniel is, but thought at least he’s going to have a nice surprise! Eventually, the hamper arrived ~ yeah. I suggest you change your courier.”
