“Basket was delivered to wrong address. Follow up with courier company is still going? Meanwhile family in isolation are missing out on hamper in time for Christmas. I am extremely unimpressed. By this stage (2 days 'lost') the company should have sent out a replacement.”

“Timely delivery. Great hamper, unfortunately the cheese was warm and recipients unsure how long the had been out of the fridge. Would suggest adding cool packs into hamper for cooling cheese. This is the second hamper I have ordered and would order again”

“My recipient received the correct box but the gift card was incorrect so she did not know who the box was from or even if it was for her. It was also not delivered on the requested date. I ordered another basket from an alternative supplier 2 days later than this one and it was delivered 2 days before this one.”

“While the wrong hamper was initially sent out, within a little over 24 hours of me calling to discuss the situation, the correct hamper was delivered. The recipient said both hampers were spectacular and beautifully packed. I cannot fault the service.”
