“Did not meet delivery expectations and when it finally arrived, the ingredients were just shoved in a cardboard box. No gift basket or box, and no decent packaging either. So disappointed-and definitely not value for money.”

“Basket was delivered to wrong address. Follow up with courier company is still going? Meanwhile family in isolation are missing out on hamper in time for Christmas. I am extremely unimpressed. By this stage (2 days 'lost') the company should have sent out a replacement.”
