“Our virus stuck kids were absolutely thrilled to get the surprise basket. For two days we would get an evening shot of them eating something new Well done to you for the way our order was carried out we have already passed on your details. It was a much needed surprise”

“Very well presented products and look elegant. But lack of variety and products to choose from or pick and swap. Not much choice to add on and no customization. A bit pricey on delivery fees - making up 20% of the total price.”

“My friend and I purchased two baskets for our third bestie and wanted the blanket and robe hence the two baskets. You were out of the blankets and other items so I received a call to choose different products although they were more expensive, they were not what we wanted for our friend. It would've been nice to have other products available to choose like body brushes, face masks, eye cold masks, etc. There were not a lot of pampering items to choose from as additional products. We would've paid any amount for our friend for Luxury plus. I do understand that with COVID you are experiencing many challenges.”

“This was an excellent gift to our family who are doing it tough at the moment. The wine and snacks were a great hit. The selection was lovely, although we had to add chocolates, because they also have a three year old who would have been upset if the gift didn't have anything for him. It is good that the basket enables you to do that.”

“My giftee loved their gourmet hamper. 4 stars given as star track who delivered their basket did not ring the buzzer if their apartment to deliver the hamper (and someone was home to collect) so they had to go to the post office to collect.”

“Quality contents in the hamper. Much nicer than other hampers I researched. Recipient very grateful. Would like to see a no-sugar hamper added to your range, suitable for people with diabetes. My initial webform enquiry didn't reach you for some reason, although I got a confirmation email that it had been sent. This resulted in a delay in resolving an initial query and meant I had to re-create the enquiry. Direct email service after that was prompt.”
