“Your team were most accommodating as I needed the basket to be delivered in less time than normal and not a teacher so required plain packaging. The person I talked too was very pleasant. The information re delivery of the basket at all stages was excellent.”

“I sent two baskets on the same day for delivery 15 minutes drive from each other yet one delivery arrived two days after the advised delivery date. When I called to enquire why the basket had not been delivered I was informed it was the couriers fault. My response to that is you choose the couriers and if they can’t meet your delivery date find one that can.”
