“Absolutely amazing hampers and amazing service! I accidentally made a mistake on the order and the absolutely delightful Brooke in customer service rectified this instantly and the hamper was received the following day! My mother adored this hamper and I will certainly be back, not only for the amazing products, but the amazing customer service that is offered.”

“In spite of giving over 2 weeks notice of the required delivery date of a bottle of French champagne - and discussing by phone the current transport delays with the agent from Gourmet Baskets - my order was not despatched from interstate until 24 hours before delivery...! and hence did not make it on time. In fact, 4 days later, still not seen. $120 down the drain. Very, very disappointing.”

“To date my son has not recieved his birthday gift basket that I ordered on 28 August 2021 and ask if it could be delivered on or just after his birthday on 30 August 2021. When I inquired, which I have done twice by email, they said they tried to deliver it twice, however there was only ever one card left to say they had tried to deliver and then just a few days ago, I got an email to say the address was incorrect. Which it is not. My son has since got in touch with your company and they are trying to remedy this. I would have to say I am extremely disappointed with this as it was a birthday gift from us here in NZ.”

“This was my first purchase with Gourmet Basket. I looked at a few companies but what stood out for me was the fact you can custom design your own basket. I purchased a wedding gift for my niece who absolutely loved it. The customer service is exceptional and I have already recommended Gourmet basket to my sister who has just purchased a gift for a friend. Highly recommend and definitely will be my go to for future gifts.”
