“Not happy. For $180 I was expecting more than a cheap bottle of red and the wrong ratio of cheese to other toppings. If you have such strong flavours like caramelized onion, fig log etc you need more than 1 small cheese to balance them out. Its very ironic that it came with a book on how to balance platters to have the complete wrong balance.”
