“Their customer service response times stink and of late have been making endless mistakes at their end. I ordered a basked on Dec 14th and then changed the address in a matter of day but the basket never got sent out to my client until Feb 5, 2023!! The reason give was understaffed. Never ever will I place and order or use their services again. It's horrible.”

“The recipients loved their gift basket. Delivered as asked and exactly as shown in the website picture. Only issue was I had to call to get the basket because I couldnt get the information for the address into the box on the website. Apart from that can recommend.”

“The basket itself was all it was promised to be however the delivery was appalling. It was to be delivered on the 25/01 however it did not arrive until at least the 29th. This is despite what the tracking states. It was in Pinkenba for at least three days. I was not impressed with this.”

“My gift was meant to be delivered on Thursday 2nd February. It is now late on Friday 3rd and they have not yet received it. They have now gone away for the weekend. I am really disappointed.”
