“The recipient of this gift loved it however there was a problem with my order, it had not been processed. I called 3 days after the due delivery date and was only offered an apology, not even an upgrade on my hamper. My ordered hamper was eventually delivered a week late. It was a sympathy hamper so I was disappointed that it wasn’t delivered in the week of the funeral. I also thought that the hamper was over priced.”
