“Good Afternoon I was really disappointed to hear that the fruit basket that I had delivered to friends in Sydney last Friday ended up at the Post Office!!?? By the time they collected it half the fruit had to be thrown out they said. I spent so much time on the phone putting that order through because the website wasn’t working then this happens! That is not very professional at all. I’d really like a refund or another delivery sent please. Robyn Prowd”

“Great Customer Service. Great delivery time. Recipient, thanked me via message but did not comment on the contents, as their loved one had just passed. Therefore, I cannot comment on the contents of the basket. Cost, is the reason for the missing point. Overall, positive experience and again, terrific customer service. Thank you.”
