“I sent my mother a gift from you for Christmas, she rang me yesterday (Christmas day) to thank me for sending her something, however she said I should never buy from you again as the gift was disgusting with most of it being rolled up paper, a very cheap pair of slippers, some cheap bath salts and some other low value thing. Anyway normally I wouldn’t complain, but it really upset her (and me) so I do t think I’ll ever be buying from you again.”

“Don’t know what it’s like. Bought 2 baskets as a present for my mother. You’ve delivered it to the nearest post office but my 89 year old mother can’t get there to collect it. If I’d been informed that you weren’t delivering to her home I wouldn’t have used your company . You’re asking who made the delivery and the answer- No one - is not an option”
