Unfortunatelyi was disappointed as they sent the gift basket I ordered to the wrong address I had to follow up as to why my brother did’nt receive his birthday gift and they finally phoned my brother and they had the wrong address , I was not 100/ percent happy with the service

Unfortunately, the gift did not arrive on the date required. Also, I would have liked to be given points for the gift as I joined and booked the gift on the same day.

The basket arrived with open packet of crisps. Really overpriced for what you get. Socks were the best.

The basket was great, but I asked for delivery on 15 Feb and it was delivered on the 14th (valentines day) As this was for a man who had just buried his wife, it was totally inappropriate and something I attempted to avoid

Hi my basket didnt arrive , can I please have the name of the person who signed for this and the address incase this has gone else where. The basket was ment to be delivered on the 21st january while he was at work and it got delivered on the 22nd Januray when he wasnt there so it's been mishandled somewhere. Thanks

They were thrilled to have the parcel however said they didn’t think it was for them? It was left on their doorstep and was heavily battered and they thought it had been around the houses (they were trying to be kind and grateful) I felt disappointed as I thought it was expensive anyway(coming from England, everything is expensive in Oz)

The basket was delivered a day later than promised, after the gift recipient had checked out of the accommodation without any communication from GB. This was despite me sending the company an email stressing the importance of delivery date before the recipient checked out. Was interesting to see that cheese was shipped (gift box came from Sydney to Brisbane according to the company) unrefrigerated.

The basket and contents were good. I was not happy with the fact that no contact was made with my daughter (the recipient) on arrival as per my request. This meant she had to chase around to find the parcel & eventually found it had been left at her local post office. no card or notification was left in her mail box. Not happy. Disappointing and a time waster having to chase what should have been an uplifting gift to our unwell daughter.

Basket was delivered to wrong address. Follow up with courier company is still going? Meanwhile family in isolation are missing out on hamper in time for Christmas. I am extremely unimpressed. By this stage (2 days 'lost') the company should have sent out a replacement.

Sadly one of the baskets I ordered was delivered a day early - last Sunday- and the recipients weren’t home and it has disappeared so no Christmas present for my son who I have t been able to see since lockdown 😭

Difficult to rate as the basket arrived quickly and was good quality. The only issue was the cheese had to be thrown away as the basket hadn’t been refrigerated and the cheese arrived very hot. Disappointing given I purposely chose one that had a cheese and wine duo. Would buy again but not with perishable items unless guaranteed refrigeration.

I ordered on Monday allowing for ample time for delays due to Christmas, delivery was booked for Friday. It was not delivered and the blame was passed to courier when it was only dispatched to the courier late on Friday from what I can tell.

As a return customer, I've always been more than satisfied with your products (all of the recipients have been thrilled). That being said, this last order was disappointing. I ordered three boxes to bring with me as hostess/holiday gifts. I have only gifted the first box (morning/pancake/tea) and to my horror - when I presented the gift and she opened it - the mug was scratched with a black smudge, there were no tea bags and the flower diffuser was upside down and crushed. I was too embarrassed to take a picture. I have been flat out with work; otherwise I would have reached out sooner, and am debating whether or not to open the other two boxes before gifting them. Like I said, you haven't disappointed before; and I am chalking it up to be crazy, busy post lockdown/holiday season....that being said, I know that I would want to know, if it was my company. Make it a great holiday season and a happy / healthy new year!

The delivery was very late, and the event I was having it sent for passed. There was no communication about the delay other than a generic email about delays in November. I understand there are delays. I would have been unlikely to have ordered the gift if I had known it would take almost a week for delivery
