Finding the location for pick up was difficult-not clear instruction. Also had the incorrect note on the inside of the package.

I ordered your basket on Thurs 27 Aug for delivery on Mon 31 Aug and as yet (5 Sep) it has no been delivered. I cannot comment any further as the basket has been delivered.

I love you guys and have use you on quite a few occasions but this wasn’t the best experience. The courier service couldn’t deliver on the same day ( not their fault as recipient not home) but then failed to attempt delivery the next business day but said they had delivered it. Then also had problems the next day but finally delivered after a bit of chasing up bit also confirmed delivery to some. random name not at the address. In the end it was delivered to the intended recipient but was not a great experience. Maybe try another courier service?

Deliver e the box earlier than I wanted. Packing broken and some things couldn’t therefor be eaten. Haven even gotten the replacement yet.

This is the second time I have ordered from Gourmet Basket and the second time there has been problems with delivery. The first one was in Sydney and the delivery driver coud not find the address, and it took over a week for the receipent to receive gift. And the second time was a delivery for my Dad's Birthday, and they dumped it in the next doors neighbours yars. He didn;'t receive it on his Birthday, as the neighbour found it on the lawn.

I placed the order on Aug 2nd with a delivery instruction for Aug 6th. There was no indication on the website or your receipt that this could be delayed. The item was shipped out on Aug 18th. At no point was I told of the delay.

Out of stock of multiple items ordered. Was contacted asking if a substitute was allowed. Final hamper had wrong versions of the product in the end anyway for other items.

The package was left on the step out of view of the people at home. I Could only ask them in the night whether they had received it (to which the answer was no) and they were only able to check for it in the morning. I wasn’t happy with that since I had added cheese to the pack. My friend enjoyed the gift though.

A bit disappointed, this was a surprise gift - I rang on Tues am asked for delivery for the Thursday. When payment details etc finalized told may be Friday because a bit busy. Bit late to cancel but assured it would be no later than Fri. The product was NOT delivered Thursday or Friday or over the weekend. I had to ring on Monday am to discover there was a "Glitch" and the delivery could be made Wed. I had to say Wed was too late before Tues was agreed. This was a week after the order was made. To make matters worse a delivery was made to the address late Mon for a different order???? The customer service person was friendly etc but ... I can not comment on the content of the gift as I have not seen it and the recipient is too polite to make a poor comment ref a gift.

I have previously posted my review for this particular hamper purchase. Recipients are very happy with their gift but by the time they received it the celebration was over

The basket was good however we were disappointed in the delivery process. We ordered the basket on 16 July asking for it to be delivered on 21 July, only for it to be delivered on 28 July. During which time we rang the people we sent it to, asking whether they had received it, thus spoiling the surprise.

I normally have a good experience with Gourmet basket however with the hamper I ordered the strawberry melting moments were not included as advertised.

Disappointed that the delivery, (that I had to pay $25 for), didn’t arrive on time. I paid for it to be delivered on the Friday for a reason. It didn’t turn up until Monday afternoon.

Very disappointed with the phone staff member who sent my delivery straight away when I asked for a preferred date weeks later. This was the reason I called & didn’t order online.

Good box but extremely unhappy that we received many item substitutions. I spent ages looking at all the options as I thought that it would be what he actually received. Wouldn’t go back to this service.

Disappointed the initial transaction didn't go through on the Wednesday night and I needed to speak to a consultant the next day on the phone. I confirmed with the consultant that the delivery was still going to occur on the Friday, but eventually got to the recipient on the Tuesday morning. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address at 818 Sydney Road, despite the lady it was delivered to telling the driver that it was not her. There were specific instructions and 2 x phone numbers on the package. If not for the honesty of this lady who rang my friend telling her she had the package, it would not have been received at all. Your company sent a message on the Friday afternoon to the recipient advising it's location, so the contact details were clearly on the package. This was a gift for my dear friend who had cancer surgery and had to walk up Sydney Road dragging a shopping trolley behind her the next day to collect the gift basket. Very disappointed that a lovely gesture for my friend, who I am unable to visit due to Covid, ended up being an arduous task having just had major invasive surgery. Very disappointed in this whole experience...

The price of the basket compared to the contents was not worth the money.. the most thing that got complimented was the look of the basket itself

We paid a higher price to have it delivered on the day specified. This was not delivered on the day and when I contacted your consultant I was advised the extra I paid to have delivered on time, would be refunded. This has not yet happened . I vote with my orders
