the slippers size of the basket was twice the size of the recipient. I probably misunderstood the contents and did not give a size

Great basket, but it was supposed to arrive on someone’s birthday (a Friday) - and didnt arrived until Monday. So I looked like I screwed up. At this price, they should sort out their delivery. Also, my support questions just got a standard “it looks like it’s delivered now” response. Lame.

Not very happy with trying to get thru with owner to locate delivery of hamper it took nearly a week no tracking for delivery which needs work. In positive note recipient enjoyed her goods.

Instructions were not followed. Extremely disappointed. I instructed to contact recipient on arrival , due to no access available into apartment block. The basket was left outside. This basket had cheese in it. Not good and very dangerous for health reasons.

Easter hamper has not been delivered and was left on Thursday at a post office that doesn’t open until Tuesday, well after the Easter Day. A phone number of the intended recipient was given, but not used by delivery agent and no card was left in mailbox to notify recipient of a delivery being attempted or where to collect it from.

They wouldn’t know yet as they need to pick it up from the post office No consignment note was left at the building very poor delivery

The basket itself was good however the delivery was poor. I booked the basket a week earlier to make sure it would be delivered on the day but it wasn’t. I had to chase it up and it was finally delivered late the following day. It was for an anniversary do a day late was not good.

Delivery was never received by the intended person,but rather was delivered to an address with same street name in next suburb. Enquiries to your service yielded a photograph of the doorstep which was incorrect but little interest shown in locating the goods to the correct person. Follow up with Star Express to enquire if the wrong recipient had contacted them was done by myself and no one at your service thought beyond what the computer was telling them. My enquiries will continue in an attempt to get the goods to the person who was suffering from a mental illness exacerbated by being in lockdown. Will I use your ‘service’ again? Probably not. A pity because it is such a lovely concept,

Very expensive for what you get. $100 for under $30 value and limited range bundled with extras you don’t want. Presentation is great though.

as you can see from photo the whole box was damaged the penfolds display case was broken and the order was missing the 40 g chocolates very disappointing as it was a present for a friend. I thought i sent you a message a couple of weeks ago from my phone but you must not have got it

Contents were great, no tracking or update of order progress (which they say they will do). Package which went missing for two days, I had to find it myself as at a courier that was not listed. Lateness of gift soured our anniversary, especially since it was ordered well in advance

Finding the location for pick up was difficult-not clear instruction. Also had the incorrect note on the inside of the package.

I ordered your basket on Thurs 27 Aug for delivery on Mon 31 Aug and as yet (5 Sep) it has no been delivered. I cannot comment any further as the basket has been delivered.

I love you guys and have use you on quite a few occasions but this wasn’t the best experience. The courier service couldn’t deliver on the same day ( not their fault as recipient not home) but then failed to attempt delivery the next business day but said they had delivered it. Then also had problems the next day but finally delivered after a bit of chasing up bit also confirmed delivery to some. random name not at the address. In the end it was delivered to the intended recipient but was not a great experience. Maybe try another courier service?

Deliver e the box earlier than I wanted. Packing broken and some things couldn’t therefor be eaten. Haven even gotten the replacement yet.

This is the second time I have ordered from Gourmet Basket and the second time there has been problems with delivery. The first one was in Sydney and the delivery driver coud not find the address, and it took over a week for the receipent to receive gift. And the second time was a delivery for my Dad's Birthday, and they dumped it in the next doors neighbours yars. He didn;'t receive it on his Birthday, as the neighbour found it on the lawn.

I placed the order on Aug 2nd with a delivery instruction for Aug 6th. There was no indication on the website or your receipt that this could be delayed. The item was shipped out on Aug 18th. At no point was I told of the delay.
