I ordered for deliver on the 15th. It was for my sister-in-law birthday on that day. She has a broken ankle and went into hospital yesterday so obviously I wanted it for her birthday and prior to hospital. I called to ask where the order was and was told I should have read the note online about Covid and delays. I didn't see that. The person I spoke to also said she would call the courier and find out how long it would be and she would calle right back. She never did. No phone call. The package apparently arrived yesterday, but of course my sister-in-law was in hospital. I asked someone to go past her house to collect it as there is no one home obviously. I'm pretty annoyed at the slow service, and no response from your team member. I will not be using you again and will be writing about this on Facebook to warn others of the slow service. Btw if StarTrack Express is owned by Australia Post why would you use them? Other courier conoanirst are having no problems with delivery.

I asked for a delivery after a certain date and it got delivered early. Luckily the basket wasn’t stolen but frustrating that instructions on ordering were not followed.

I writing this to you from Honolulu. The basket was much appreciated. Your delivery service was terrible. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me son in Rowville, Victoria,which I ordered around September 12 for delivery before September 20. I presumed you would send it by courier. He didn't get it until September 25 as it had been sent by mail . That's simply not good enough...Patrick

The basket looked really well packed with everything we had ordered. Unfortunately the basket wasn't delivered to the recipient, due to the delivery company letting them down, then saying it was damaged, then it had to be reordered, and arrived one week later which was very disappointing.

The presentation of the basket was great and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the contents. For the money paid to receive such tiny jars of goods was not at all good. After this experience would be most unlikely to use this company again.

The hamper was not “stylishly” packaged and didn’t come with a ribbon. It was very poorly presented. I planned for this basket to arrive in time for a baby shower but the basket was delayed (with no notice). So don’t try to use this service for time sensitive events, they will not come on time (somewhere on the website it tells you this too). Even if you order a month in advance, it won’t change their delivery times.

Hamper was delivered almost a week late so not very happy. Took the surprise element away completely and my son (who is recovering from an operation) moved back home before the hamper was delivered. Total fizzer.

I ordered a gift basket 9 days before required for my wifes birthday. The gift basket didn't arrive, nor had it even been sent by the time it was supposed to arrive. I called and requested a refund which was promptly given. 2 days later the gift basked arrived anyway. While I appreciate the fact that the giftbasket arrived and we didn't pay, the fact that the gift hadn't even been sent by the day it was supposed to be arriving is very poor form for a company that does this kind of timed delivery as its primary focus. The only upside I experienced was the staff member I spoke to on the phone who helped me - she was very polite and very helpful.

Your product appeared very attractive on-line. Choice made on that basis but three days later notified that delivery would be delayed because the chosen basket contained fresh cheeses and they could not be delivered on a Monday. If this information ws made available at the time of ordering I could have changed my order to fit in with company policy. The basket was not delivered on my son's significant birthday which was disappointing to me and my wife.
