“A huge thank you to Kara! Her support and help in ordering was outstanding and very much appreciated. It was so nice after using the online chat, to then actually receive an email and then after becoming very ‘challenged’ in placing the order, I was acknowledged and greeted by Kara, when I phoned. “I ordered 2 espresso martini hampers and a picnic basket very recently and today they came on the mail truck! I live in outback QLD where things do quite often not happen quickly. I ordered them last week and they arrived in Cunnamulla last Thursday afternoon by courier, too late for our twice weekly mail truck, but I had an email saying they had been delivered in Cunnamulla so it was just a matter of waiting for our next mail truck which was today. The basket box was a bit damaged and the tape had come off one side of the top of the box but the basket is undamaged and really lovely, and the espresso martini hampers are in perfect order. I saved $60 on these 3 items as they were on sale. I bought a hamper for my brother and his wife in May. She’s a gourmet cook and loved their box of goodies. What can I say except more please??”

“From the ordering process to the delivery of the hampers, the service was excellent and there was even a tool on the website to assist if you were not sure what to purchase. Our co-worker in hospital was delighted with the Coffee Break Hamper and commented that it made his day. Additionally, you will receive notifications regarding the delivery and will be able to track it. A 10% discount was offered on my first order, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the service was excellent. Thank you, Team GH”

“I recently sent a Sympathy hamper to a friend of mine and it was accidentally sent on the wrong day. I called to let them know that my friend was not home as it was the day of the funeral. I was really upset because the hamper contained the lovely cheeses. I spoke to a lovely assistant called Jessica. With in minutes of receiving my call she rectified the problem with the delivery and resent another basket. Customer serve was amazing,I could not have asked for any better. I would definitely be using this company again.”
