“The phone order service is excellent, and Natasha is most helpful. My most recent order was placed June 1st, 2 days prior to the desired delivery date, which I emphasised was essential to the purpose of the gift (an anniversary present). While Natasha assured me that the gift should arrive on the required day (June 3rd) - some hiccup in the process led to the gift being delivered on June 2nd - one day EARLY!!!!!!! Disappointing!”

“The ordering process and delivery updates were very good. We can not comment on whether the actual content was to our friends liking, but we did get some good comments and warm sentiment. Delivery was efficient and we appreciated the timely delivery. Overall a very good experience and we would use the service another time.”

“It’s a great service. However, I thought I put the delivery day of the 13th of May & it was delivered the day before. In would’ve preferred it to have been delivered on the 13th.”

“The recipient loved their gift (Bollinger champagne, chocolates, and I added two coupe glasses). Gift wrapping was very nice. However, I'll admit that I was disappointed that the glasses were not the same type as shown in the website images. I chose to add two champagne coupe glasses to the gift because the images showed a lovely art-deco style etched glass (that looks like a traditional crystal glass style) but what the recipient got was a plain rounded style coupe glass. The recipient didn't know the difference because they hadn't seen the original photo, but I certainly would have preferred what was shown because the etched/patterned glasses were a lot nicer.”
