“No phone call as instructed prior to delivery. Came two days early. Recipients said they "really liked it" though.”

“Delievered on Time without any issues. However I faced some issues to add the item to my order and I chose it to be packeged (For Her) but it was packaged in the normal gourmet packaging!”

“Thank you for helping me to surprise my friends with your box of goodies , all the way from Italy! Your cheese and wine hamper was absolutely amazing and the service was spot on. “Gourmet basket is very good. The quality of the merchandise is A1 (according to the people I have given a basket to). The courier service leaves a lot to be desired though. A simple instruction of please deliver to the house which is down a long driveway couldn't be followed. The courier left the basket at the gate on a main road. Luckily the receiver came home not long after and it wasn't a hot day.”
