“I would give them zero except I can’t. I spent a lot of money for a product that was not provided. I was told one item was not in stock and offered an alternative. The alternative requested was not provided and now I have a little old lady with a horrid leopard print cup. Then to my disgust o discovered that almost everything else that was delivered to her was different from what was ordered without letting me know and now my mother now has a whole pile of expensive food she doesn’t like and can’t eat!”

“We were disappointed that it was delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered. It was meant to arrive on the day of the recipient's birthday which was 13 May 2020. The recipient was very happy with it.”

“I happened to be there when the hamper was delivered and everything about it was perfect - from the packaging to the presentation and contents. It was beautiful - I couldn't have hoped for better. The recipient (Mum) loved it!”

“Very disappointed in the lack of communication regarding delivery. No attempt made to inform me my basket would not be delivered on the correct day, as a result I ruined the surprise for the recipients. When I phoned I was told I will be informed of a successful delivery...still waiting for that information, had to again ask recipient if they received it. Will not be recommending and will not order again.”

“Basket ordered was delivered within 2 days on order with no problems and all expectations were met. Only problem was my first choice of basket which was recommended on the website was sold out.”

“I received good customer service when the basket delivery was delayed and it was a nice surprise to have my courier fee refunded. My sister loved her Gourmet Basket surprise for her birthday and I was very happy with the outcome.”
