“Lovely packaging and good customer service, I would have liked to have been notified of when my package which was late because of items that were not in stock, had been delivered. I would also recommend to update the listings in the catalogue once things are not in stock, instead of advertising them as in stock, only to be notified that certain items in the package were not in stock after I had purchased the packages already. Other than that, great service i have recommended to other people.”

“I was very happy with Gift basket and it's product though it hadn't arrived when it should have despite being organised a number of days ahead. In saying that when I spoke to a representative they were very helpful and the gift box arrived the next day. The recipient was very happy with the contents of the gift box.”

“Was very impressed with both the quality of the gift and the prompt service provided. At a time when my friend was diagnosed with cancer and we couldn't be there for her, being able to send a quality gift was perfect. She called me with tears of joy. Will definetely use again.”

“Did not deliver on required date. Nobody bothered to advise that delivery would not occur. Customer Service ignored my refund request. Disgusting service. Never again!!!”

I have looked into this further for you and can confirm your gift was delivered on the 4th May. As your gift arrived a few days after your chosen gift delivery date as a gesture of apology I have refunded your delivery fee. Please note unfortunately we are unable to refund an order unless the gift has been returned back to our warehouse and as we did not receive a response back from the email we sent to you regarding arranging for your delivery to be stopped we were unable to refund your order.
