“What a great idea, so different from all the other baskets i searched.”

“Ordered a bottle of Absolut Vodka to go with a Boxed Treats hamper but the vodka was not in the box. Called the support number, they agreed to send the vodka out and were pretty helpful. Still waiting on it, but it has only been two days since I made the call to them. Hoping the vodka shows up.”

“The whole selection and ordering process was quick and easy, and my son loved the selection. Despite advertised courier hold-ups it arrived first thing in the morning on the right day. My only disappointment was 'losing' the $10 international visitor discount that came up first time I went in but not when I ordered.”

“The basket was great and greatly received. The ordering by phone took more than 20 minutes and then your system declined both my cards. So I asked to cancel the phone order and went on line myself and ordered within 5 minutes. Not sure if you are still having a problem with that but it was very frustrating at the time as I was at work and had only phoned to confirm a delivery date could be achieved. The operator suggested she could take my order but then it took so long to add extra things to the order and then the decline in cards which took forever. There was nothing wrong with my cards. The product itself appears to be fine according to the receiver.”
