“Out of stock of multiple items ordered. Was contacted asking if a substitute was allowed. Final hamper had wrong versions of the product in the end anyway for other items.”

“My friend and I purchased two baskets for our third bestie and wanted the blanket and robe hence the two baskets. You were out of the blankets and other items so I received a call to choose different products although they were more expensive, they were not what we wanted for our friend. It would've been nice to have other products available to choose like body brushes, face masks, eye cold masks, etc. There were not a lot of pampering items to choose from as additional products. We would've paid any amount for our friend for Luxury plus. I do understand that with COVID you are experiencing many challenges.”

“The package was left on the step out of view of the people at home. I Could only ask them in the night whether they had received it (to which the answer was no) and they were only able to check for it in the morning. I wasn’t happy with that since I had added cheese to the pack. My friend enjoyed the gift though.”
