“Happy with the end product however be aware that the delivery times were changed when I went to check out where it was different on the website. It said for delivery next day to be ordered by 4.15 pm however when I went to check out it said due to Covid it would be 3 pm. This meant my sister didn't receive her parcel on her birthday which was disappointing.”

“Very well presented products and look elegant. But lack of variety and products to choose from or pick and swap. Not much choice to add on and no customization. A bit pricey on delivery fees - making up 20% of the total price.”

“I placed the order on Aug 2nd with a delivery instruction for Aug 6th. There was no indication on the website or your receipt that this could be delayed. The item was shipped out on Aug 18th. At no point was I told of the delay.”

“I thought the presentation was poor. Very disappointed. You also delivered someone else's basket to them. Two boxes arrived. They were told to readdress and organise a courier for it to be picked up.”
