“Bought this as a gift for a friend, the robe is SO SOFT. Must admit I was surprised that there was only 2 products in it because it kinda looks like there’s 4 from the way they’ve displayed it. However that’s on me for not reading it more thoroughly. The products are nice and the gown is divine and a large size for extra comfort and snug. I also added wine as an extra which was nice. It comes so beautifully presented too. Looks and feels luxe. Thanks Gourmet Basket!”

“We bought a small basket for my mum-in-law. She isn't a fussy or high-maintenance sort, so small and simple suited her well. She would be too polite to say she hated it (lol), but she was very effusive with her thanks! I am also very grateful for your quick delivery. Given the time of year, I was not expecting such promptness. Thank you for your services.”

“The process of organising a basket for an interstate delivery was pretty easy using the website, this was for a member of the team whose mother had passed away, and the selection of wine and crackers meant that they could take the opportunity to sit and reflect on her life together over a wine.”

“Champagne basket arrived with a bottle smashed. I had to go out of my way to click and collect a replacement and had to ask for the delivery fee on the initial order to be refunded. I also returned the unbroken bottles and chocolates. The worker didn’t offer an apology or any sort of compensation for my troubles. Not happy with the service.”

“The basket was OK. We expected a cheese to be delivered - the booklet guide on how to select a cheese was extremely over priced and not worth the value. The biscuits was well over priced too. NOt worth the value for money”
