“Really great service, our basket was ordered one afternoon and arrived the next day. It was very well packed and all the items in the basket arrived in excellent condition. It will be first prize in a raffle to raise funds for cancer research and we hope to sell a lot of tickets.”

“I won't order from Gourmet Basket again. I specified the day I wanted the box delivered, but received notification that it had been delivered the day before. The box contained fresh cheese and I specified a particular day because I knew the recipients would be home. When I rang to discuss the early delivery, I felt dismissed by the person I spoke to - there was no apology - just "oh, I see what has happened here..." So no, I won't order from GB again.”
