Good quality hampers, beautifully presented from what I can see in the photographs on your website. Very easy to order and the status of delivery was communicated clearly. Very prompt delivery as well considering the Christmas rush. I would highly recommend to friends, family and business colegues.

Basket was not delivered when requested and no notification of delay advised. Basket itself was excellent and arrived a few business days later.

Gourmet Basket is great according to my recipients. The delivery could be better though, they left the delivery upside down last time and they dump and run so you don't even know it's there

My employee loved the basket. My only disappointment was that my confirmation email said it would be delivered on Friday and instead it was delivered on Monday. As it was a surprise thank you gift I couldn’t ask if it had been delivered so I was concerned that the $200 hamper had gone missing over the weekend An email to advise delayed delivery would have been appreciated.

Due to the location this gift was being sent to it required to leave our warehouse two business days before the gift delivery date, unfortunately the courier seems to have delivered it earlier than anticipated. Although my gift didn’t arrive in time when it did my friend was thrilled with item. Customer service team also refunded the postage costs which was due to unforeseen circumstances from courier. Glad the issue was resolved and happy with quality of product delivered.

They seemed to like it. I'm overseas so I can't tell. Trust is a big thing for a delivery like this. Glad they received it in good order. They were enjoying it in the pic they sent.

You make it hard to buy a gift by having to sign in every time I want to buy anything. Instead of just being able to purchase without having to sign in.
