02.15pm., 25 March and still waiting for the delivery of my 81 year old wife’s Birthday present .... hmm .... Oscar snr. Rather late delivery 02.43pm but my wife very happy indeed!! .. well done!,

Basket was great and client loved it however it was not next day delivery so intended impact was diminished a bit. Will use again though. Thanks.

It was lovely gift boxed and presented but I thought it was expensive what I paid for what I got. I was told someone had to be at the premises to sign for gift, so I arranged for someone to take the afternoon off work 1-6 pm but it was just left at the front door with 'no signature required. Disappointing.

Great service and charming baskets with a modern spin. The delivery was a day or two later than originally scheduled but it was to be delivered in a remote town and basket wasn't urgent so I didn't mind but bear in mind if you are wanting delivery in a remote area.

My sister in law loved the blanket, cup and candle but unfortunately the chocolate had melted everywhere and leaked, luckily not over the lovely blanket and the melting moments had to be thrown out as had melted also. Next time I wouldn't order with food, I think it was just to hot in the van. I didn't consider the hot weather at the moment. But otherwise everything was lovely. Arrived on time.

Unfortunately,the champagne is sitting in the Post Office. The couple I was sending it too are both quite unwell, the genteman has not been outside his unit for 18 months. They were inside, and Star Track did not go up to the unit, or knock on the door,but left a note in the letter box. I have asked Star Track to pick the champagne up from the post office and deliver it to the door. I rang Monday night. It is still in the Post Office. I just spoke to Star Track again today.

The computerised address screen saying the unit no. box was 'optional' led me to include the unit number with the street address, which saw the unit number dropped in the delivery address and no delivery on the date specified. A query led to a very rapid response, and ultimately the delivery of two hampers. So it would be worth being more explicit about what goes where in the delivery address, but I can't fault the response once the problem was made known. The recipients were very happy with the hamper(s).
