“Basket was well received however it was delivered one day earlier than requested! This is not good when the basket is going to children”

“My uncle loved the basket when he finally got it. I specifically chose to order from you as you are in the Highlands, which would make delivery quicker and easier than from Sydney. I was surprised and disappointed when it took more than week to get the 20kms from Moss Vale to Robertson and then it was just taken to the post office for him to collect and not delivered to his house as I expected! That said, he told me the hamper was lovely and he would keep your card to use in future.”

“I was very happy with the ease of ordering and promptness of delivery! One of the Easter bunnies I ordered was not included but I called and was immediately refunded. Overall a very good experience with delicious treats from reputable brands- the recipients were delighted.”

“Product delivered on time with a beautiful box. Great job. As a first time overseas user, I was offered a $10 off discount for my 1st order. However was not able to actually redeem the discount at check out as instructed. $10 refund was offered the next business day. Appreciated. However, since I did not receive any messages re the refund. I was not aware of the transaction until one week later. Was quite upset about the merchant until I saw the refund. Overall, I am quite happy with the service. But the merchant can improve communicate with customers in the future.”
