“Placing the order was a little frustrating, address didn't register at first and then the payment page had troubles loading which resulted in me going through the process 3 times before i was able to complete my purchase. The basket was an Easter basket and was a very busy period for deliveries yet was still able to be delivered late on the night requested, which was very much appreciated.”

“Kim from Gourmet basket was extremely helpful, and basket itself was totally enjoyable. The problem is Star Track, emailed me this morning Friday, to say my basket was delivered 2 days ago. Not to mention my previous attempt at delivering to Concord Hospital............. Can I suggest you look at alternative couriers.”

“Easy to order. Delivered on requested date. Would be good if email or text to be kept up to date on delivery. Only knew gift was dispatched and delivered by tracking as per the GB number and kept re-checking til it was delivered. Other than that was great and recipient loved the gift.”

“Hamper arrived on time and I loved the breakfast hamper, great idea. Only thing was I ordered extra chocolate almonds, there was no stock so was replaced with licorice, would have liked to be given an option for replacement as the recipients don’t eat licorice so it felt like a waste of money adding an extra.”

“My family enjoyed receiving this hamper and as I live in the UK I ordered it for an Easter gift.I would say however, that I thought the delivery charge was excessive as the contents of the hamper was expensive.At least the family enjoyed.”
