“Quick Efficient service”

“Great service friendly and helpful. Easy drop off and very nice car. Shame all the rentals are off airport as have to get a shuttle bus which takes time and if in a rush or the rental isn’t open or shuts when you land it’s difficult to get the car not the fault of rental company I might add.”

“Service and speed vere good. However, the car delivered was not the class booked. I rented Nissan Pulsar or similar and got Nissan Micra, which is a smaller car. As it was the only one available, I accepted it to get on my way. The car was not clean outside. It looked like it had been parked under some trees that drop resin. Tire pressure warning light was on. I called about it and was told to ignore it. This should have been told at delivery or better still put right before. Caution was charged outright on the credit card. Normal practice is to block the amount, not charge it.”

“Friendly helpful staff and shuttle drivers. The only suggested that I would make is that before leaving with the rental vehicle that you do a walk around the vehicle to note any prior damage. I had to do it myself and take photos and email them to Green Motion to make note on my rental contract, so that I wouldn't be charged for prior damage that was on the vehicle.”
