“We hired in Greece, the office was 20min away from the airport and we waited 30min for the shuttle bus. Got the car for 2weeks and although the car was older than expected, it ran fine. They took a €1100 deposit in case of damage but this was refunded to me immediately after the rental. All in all it was a good experience as we weren’t in any hurry. Very reasonable prices and website easy to navigate”
“Staff very pleasant and helpful. Stayed after 7.00PM since fight time was changed. I would expect an airport car hire firm to have longer opening hours. Forget about the bus from the terminal. It only goes every hour. A taxi is required.”

“The cars are new and since we don’t drive far the mileage limit suits us, which makes them the cheapest. We have used them a number of times so are used to the issues at pick up and return. We always prepurchase excess insurance and refuse theirs which is overpriced. If you pre-register and upload all the relevant documents pick up is very smooth. If you don’t do this the process is much more painful.
These are our first choice rental company when we fly to the UK.”

“We hired a car in Montenegro for a week. Pick up was smooth and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. The price was OK but they added on a senior driver supplement of 10 euros a day. Given that I am a careful driver with no convictions or accidents in the past 30 years, I was not impressed! The car was great, very economical and clean apart from a few previous scratches. The return also went smoothly and we were on our way quickly.”

“Positive: First of all - personnel. They are friendly, professional, helpful, English speakers. Secondly - the vehicle, it was the new car in a perfect condition.
And - check-in/checkout process was smooth.
Negative: First, upon arrival, it was not possible to reach the office by the recommended tlph number.. I was forced to seek an assistance from another companies managers (probably AVIS.. or Eurocar).. And one of them kindly helped me, saying - oh, I know the manager of Green Motion, he's my friend.. imagine..
Secondly, I was waiting for them at the airport around 40 min, what is not acceptable, considering a distance between the terminal and their office..”
