“I tried for several weeks to purchase a pair of boots. Every time, my payment would be denied for no reason. I reached out to customer service repeatedly and finally my inquiry was forwarded to the US customer service, but their response wasn't encouraging; "check back in a few weeks - keep trying". Eventually I did check back and they added Shopify to their payment methods so I was able to make a purchase.”
“Horrendous customer service and quality control! Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for the holidays, and when they arrived, it was clear that they were not a new pair of shoes. One was laced, and the other wasn’t. One shoe was missing the insole. My son contacted the company via email and they refused to send him an insole to replace the one that was missing. They said that insoles were not really necessary in their shoes and that it was OK that only one of the shoes came with an insole. We are currently in the middle of a dispute with Paypal as I am asking for a partial refund because they were not a complete new pair of shoes. My son will have to buy insoles from another company and I would like to be reimbursed for that.”

For transparency, we’d like to clarify a few points. All of our shoes are shipped as new products and go through quality checks before leaving our warehouse. In our U.S. shop, insoles are optional and removable and are not an essential part of the shoe’s function. That said, receiving a pair with only one insole is not what we aim for, and we fully understand your disappointment.
As neither a replacement insole nor a replacement pair was available, we offered a full refund once the shoes are returned. To make this process as simple as possible, a prepaid return label was provided via our return portal, allowing the return to be completed at no cost.
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for. However, under the circumstances, a full return and refund is the fairest and most reliable solution we can offer.
