We ordered a mattress a couple of weeks ago only to be delivered a much cheaper mattress very different to the one purchased. Groupon offered £20 worth of groupon vouchers as an apology. After stating we want a refund or replacement with the product we ordered they have still been unable to offer us a solution. I would not purchase from this site again. Very disappointing 😞

I would've given ZERO stars to the customer service department. The only skills those agents have are copy and paste. My experiences with them have been VERY overwhelmingly stressful and frustrating. There was only ONE agent who was helpful in assisting in my issues!

customer service is a painful process, no direct contact u have to go jump through 100 hoops to get in touch with these people. and so much waste of time to get the simplest problem solved, groupon used to be great but now its standard has gone down so much, i am seeing groupon going out of business soon , if it doesnt shape up, loyal customers like myself are getting irritated and disappointed

It was only a five dollar personalized item, but, still it's the principle of the thing. I had purchased an embroidered Pillowcase and when I went to to redeem, I guess I clicked too early or something, but there was no recourse, no one to answer when I wrote in to ask...just a referral to a generic site with FAQs that I had already tried. I just do not think it's consumer friendly to make it so difficult to know the redemption process. I think if people are fairly intelligent, trying to redeem and they mis-click, there should be a refund process that's easily findable...instead of ending up with nothing for your money.

I purchased a computer through Groupon; arrived DOA. There was not a recovery disc included. I attempted to contact Groupon, no way Jose. Groupon no longer has phone support. Groupon is simple...take customer's money and best of luck to buyer. I am done with Groupon.

I booked a travel for myself & my boyfriend, but we unfortunately cannot go so I have been trying to cancel it & get a refund for a month now and every time I click to talk to customer support it says how Groupon is currently unavailable and to try again later. So I’m short a good chunk of money for a trip we can’t even attend.

Have you ever damaged a gift you really liked and didn’t have the money to replace it, or purchase a brand new one? If you’re looking for promotions on almost all deals Groupon is not the service for you. Known for its discounts on expensive prices such as restaurants, technology, prescription glasses services, and even concert tickets, Groupon connects you to your favorite activities for much lower prices. I am someone who is great with managing money, so if I have the chance to save some of my money spent I will. This is why I find myself searching for a product on groupon after seeing it online websites multiple times. After spending money with Groupon on many occasions I began to learn their way of operating. Though this is almost the cheapest amount you will pay for the same quality product/service I say the troubles you will go through is not worth it. When paying for a product it usually goes fast because they only have a certain number set for customers to buy, so it would be most frequent for me to look past the information not provided, and I think nothing of it. Once receiving an email I learned that there would be additional money charged to me for taxes and fees, and when I arrived to the restaurant I was told they did not accept the voucher. After spending more money than anticipated it left me with empty pockets. For people trying to spend in their budget and still get something nice in return this is not quite the convenience. I cannot begin to explain how humiliated the situation left me. This company is not trustworthy in terms of its service and the promise to its customers. If you’re looking for a product with reliableness and precise expectations Groupon is not the right choice.

Bear pen gap resorts located in sevierville tn is nasty disgusting and doesnt need to be I'm Groupon they lie about there cabins and the owner is a nasty pervert who trys to mess with women

I purchased a comedy club night for Valentine's day, apparently I was refunded the money back, but I wasn't notified.. the last email I received from geoupon, was about 3-4 days before our even, stating " 4 more days for your event" When we arrived to the venue, they couldn't find our tickets. I try to go on my groupon app to show them our tickets, but with our bad luck the app wasnt opening up. To make the story short, they didnt let us in, my husband and I took days off work for no reason. As you can see, this was very upsetting! I was never notified about our tickets getting refunded and canceled!! I called customer support and all they said was " oh sorry, here is 5 dollars"

I ordered the Groupon deal for aa dozen flowers for Valentines Day. They asked the address and the date I wanted it delivered. My bank account was charged. The flowers did not come, but I received an email that they were delivered. When I tried to contact them to see what happened, the chat rep chatted back that the session was idle and ended the chat before I could respond. I asked for a refund , and they clearly would not address the request. I will dispute the charge. Poor, poor customer service. I will not be dealing with Groupon again and intend to tell as many as I can

I’m very unhappy about my experience. I completed a booking via groupon for a night stay. And due to emergency circumstances I’ve tried to request a change of date for the booking. Both the hotel and gropin have been contacted and between them both they are putting the responsibility of changing the date on one another, which has been a very frustrating experience. I really can’t see what the issue is, I’m not asking for my money back or to cancel. I’m asking for the date to be pushed back. Will not be booking a stay via the hotel or groupon again after this poor experience and would like someone to get back to me regarding processing a formal complaint for the poor customer service of both parties pertaining to this booking

Groupon is not helpful at all. I have 5 charges that I did not make. They will not take them off my account. Groupon knows the five charges. No direct phone line to talk to them. Beware...they are a bad company, and an unfair company, to do business

I just learned from personal experience that Groupon’s Promise is nothing but an empty promise! I have contacted both Groupon’s vendor and Groupon’s customer support ( if you can even call it that) and my problem is still unresolved. My UNUSED AND UNREDEEMED Groupon can not be refunded to me. They suggested me to gift someone else the Groupon I bought but unused but why would I do that if the product or service is unsatisfactory to begin with? It’s a joke how Groupon Promise gives a fake impression that they are behind you on your purchase but when you need help, they can even offer a real person to help you. I had to talk to a robotic messenger and learn that they are sorry they couldn’t refund my purchase even though it was UNREDEEMED. They just canny stand to spit that money back out once they took it from your hand. Why Groupon can’t match Amazon in its customer support is incomprehensible to me. The only reason I can think of is that it’s too big to care about each small individual customer but not big enough to back its 100% satisfaction guarantee like Amazon does. Shame on Groupon.
