“I ordered Royal Bliss sheets and they were delivered. I ordered again months later and when I didn't get them, I checked my order and realized I had to check "redeem." I did and still didn't receive them so checked again. It says I had to pick them up 3 hours away from my home & that it had expired. I am careful about reading fine print & it's no longer on the site for me to ck.They offered a $3 refund.”
“I paid for something by mistake, over a hundred dollars. Groupon keeps your money now, will not refund, tries to force you to get something else instead of giving you your money back. Poor people are trying to get a deal, and Groupon is taking their money. Sad.”

Avoid, company is run by crooks
Awful service. I decided to try again and placed an order recently. The order never arrived, I have spoken to customers services in regards to the issues a few times in which I am told someone from their resolution team with be in touch but I am yet to hear back. Wish I had ordered somewhere else as this is now the second time I have been messed about Groupon. The first time was a little over 2 years ago in which I ordered 2 cases of lemonade, 1 case arrived. I spoke to customer service and was told they did have enough stock to send 2 which is strange they knew this straight away but no thought to inform and get a refund issued. I was then told they had stock of a different flavour and will send a case of that. Unfortunately this was a flavour I didn't like. After having the same conversation with their customer service team for almost 3 weeks that I didn't want a different item as I wanted the flavour I ordered or a refund eventually Groupon gave in and said they would issue my refund which then took a further month to arrive. I know their products are through other companies but it their reputation on line when they deal with these companies for customers. I surprised they are still running with the amount of times they mess up as a company. I think they should be looked in and they should find a way to run their business better for the customers who end up out of pocket because of their mistakes. I will never use Groupon again after and I advise anyone who doesn't want lose money do the same”

“Bought 4 Hawaii luaus. When I got them I printed off the page so I could have redemption codes but never opened the site/voucher. The luau is full for the dates we are going to be in Hawaii. Went to get my money back and unable. Tried to get help via a chat line. No help. She kept saying I redeemed but I have not. $400 down the drain. Called the Ka Moana people and they said I should be able to get money back. Very upsetting”
“It’s rare, at least for me, to have an experience with a vendor that makes the word “despicable” sound like a compliment.
I can’t imagine a company could be more difficult to work with and more out of touch with basic principles customer service than Groupon.
On March 17, 2021 I ordered and paid $49.99 for Cuban Presidential Selection of cigars. It’s now May and my order has not been delivered; yet I have made numerous attempts to find out why. They accepted my money and than told me the order couldn’t be processed until I entered a transaction code. I followed their link and the code did not exist. If the order was incomplete, why did they charge my credit card?
Groupon has ignored my emails.

“I am a long time account holder of GROUPON but hadn't made purchases for a while due to Covid. Even though I had a valid and open Groupon on my account and $100 credit, Groupon unilaterally CLOSED my account taking my $$$. When I went into my account, I wasn't recognized any more! After I contacted them they fixed it, but I think this is a money grab. How many people will just let it go because they don't want to deal with the administrative headache?”

“SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Under any normal circumstances, I would have understood the clause of expiry dates and using them within a timeframe. However, when businesses are closed because of the government due to a global pandemic, for 75% of the duration of timeframe and it is ILLLEGAL to use my groupon, I have been told that this is irrelevant and they are unable to extend the date or offer anything other than a groupon credit.
I work at a restaurant, in which our gift certificates hold an expiry date, but this has been rightfully extended until the individuals are permitted by the government to dine in. I am appalled at Groupons lack of acknowledgement of incredibly challenging circumstances and disregard for customers.
Please, don’t support this business. Support companies who acknowledge the pandemic and its effect on society, not blatantly ignore its prevalence in our lives.”

“If I could put a - I would. Over two weeks ago I received a radiator cover that looked as though it had been dragged all the way here. I contacted them to inform then that there were no parts to assemble it and the outside of the box was battered. They were completely useless. Every time I was put through the the management team who were equally, if not worse than the first person I was on chat with. I asked them to call me and this service was not available? They asked me to send a copy of the manual, I did. 8 days later still no parts and they then ask me to send the parts I required! I explain this was started on the manual, so all of them! There were No parts but trying explain this was like pulling teeth! Talking to Groupon is like listening to my 6 year old daughter arguing with Siri on my iPhone. And why do they not have review page? Funny that. I'll be deleting my account and will never use them again. Im £40.00 down and they boil my..... trying to speak with them.”
