“I won't be purchasing anything with Groupon anytime soon. I've heard nothing but horror stories about hidden rules hindering people from actually using their Groupon vouchers and now I"ve experienced it for myself. I tried to purchase tickets to Drayton Manor for my family of 4 and I got so confused by all the small print. There were all these stipulations and rules on when you could use the tickets so I read through it several times to be sure we would be able to use the tickets. Although the package said it was good for about 3 months there was really only about 15 days where you could use the tickets. We ended up not be able to use them because in the end it rained and they wouldn't allow us a rain check. My kids were really disappointed and I'm still mad about it!.”
“I placed two order with Groupon, both times I was disappointed. I didn't get either delivery until 3 weeks later and all the other online merchants that I deal with take 2-3 days. I don't understand how they can run a business like this!”
“I ordered a gift for a friend for her birthday and after 10 days it hadn't shown up. I contacted Groupon asking where things went wrong so I could follow up with the right person and after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. I never heard from them again and when I called back five days later they had no record of me calling in the first place. They charged me the day the sale took place too which they are not supposed to do. There are much beter places to shop, with less loopholes and better customer service!”
