Good price, happy with service but received wrong brake pads but only knew once I had taken the wheel off and had to go back and change them.

Good selection of parts at a good price. New website is a disaster on mobile. Continually doesn’t respond on iPhone. I have bought more stuff from Euro car parts as a result. When I brought this up in store to get some feedback passed on the staff couldn’t care less. Their view was “doesn’t affect me as I don’t have to use it”. When asked to pass the feedback on I was told “it will take 4 emails to get it to the right tram at head office and they couldn’t be bothered with it”. Not exactly a great representation of the company!

not brilliant but not amazing, ordered brake pads and brake discs, the discs were absolutely wonderful, perfect product, but was given the wrong pads, took them back and was told that the pads i was given didn’t even show up on the GSF system, which was annoying as then i bad no car for an extra day

As i was online chating with an advisor i asked him about a Vauxhall Insignia 2013 Transmission fluid sum plugs He went to check the store and after roughly 15minutes he wrote me back he found the right parts and sent me the link where i can order After i did so i went to the store which is 12miles from my house to collect the part When the gentleman gave me part i relaized is the engne oil sum plugs which is different than the transmission fluid sum plugs I’ve bought the item as i anyway needed next time when the engine oil need to be drained Both the guy i was chatting and the guy at the counter in store was helpfull and friendly but i just waisted 1hour of my time to get the part i don’t needed and almost double price than somwhere else

I used the click & collect service paying on arrival which I had no problem with, items ready for collection when I arrived. What I did have a problem with was that I forgot to add and item originally on my order, I then asked if I could add it to the order, and was immediately told I would not receive the same discount as my online order. Why..! Did I need to make another order on my phone and hang around for it? Since then I’ve been bombarded with emails offering me 60% off everything. Either you do want my custom or you don’t.

Pretty variable... until recently I would generally say decent parts offered at very good prices (provided you get the weekend discounted email offers). My last purchase however was frankly very poor; the pollen filter I ordered from stock was not there when I arrive to collect so I was given an alternative that was 'higher spec' according to staff. It was actually a lower spec non-carbon type that was 2/3 the price which annoyingly I didn't notice until I got home. No apology when I went back to get that rectified. The timing belt kit I collected at the same time was also wrong. Half the parts of the kit were correct (front belt on a Discovery 4) but the rear belt was wrong and was for a Disco 3. Having fitted the front belt parts already it was too late to return the whole kit. Unfortunately that's not something you can reasonably check for that particular installation before removing the parts. In the end it still worked out ok on price buying the correct rear belt elsewhere. Not GSFs finest day though.

Good prices and quick delivery you just need to be careful when ordering through website using car reg details as I found out I orderd wrong air filter why it gave me the option of this filter I don't know as it was for different engine size so you need to double check before ordering

I placed my order with click and collect, when I visited the store my orders were not there. The store were helpful in the fact that they managed to get most of the items of the shelf. Some of the products I had ordered were replaced with sub standard versions. But both the 5 ltr oils were not there and had no alternatives, they contacted click and collect who said they would send out the oil direct to my home of which I received one correct and the other they only sent a 1 ltr bottle. Although these were sent out as a good will gesture it was then over a day later and after contacting them daily to ask for this to be addressed I got the run around on the click and collect service who were rude and unhelpful with empty promises that they would ring back. This meant that one of the cars was in the garage for longer than planned, resulting in me going to EURO parts for the oil.

Brilliant. Can order online and have delivered or collect within 20 mins. However the website has just been changed and now many functions don’t work and tells you that none of the oils they sell will fit your car. There was nothing wrong with the old website. I have found myself looking at competitors to find the right parts then compare prices and now use them sometimes out of ease of use of their websites

Ordering on line was good, fast delivery and easy.... I had issues on returning goods that I did not need , I went to one of your branches, I was very well served by the the salesman, my problem and surprise was that I had to fill up a form giving loads of information that you already have and have to wait for few days to get my refund. It was very surprising for me that me and your staff had to waste time with paper work on the 21st century , also I was luck to have my son with me to fill all the paper work as I cannot hand a pen or write do to illnesses. But anyway away I hope the refund will come soon and I don’t have to chase it....

Incorrect part listed as correct part had to return for refund had to argue that it was the wrong part . computer was wrong on this occasion.

I put it for collect in store and selected two. I went and paid but had to make two journeys because the store didn't have them both so had to come up the day after.

First time I've had items delivered from gsf I usually click and collect, bit of a mistake as my bulb didn't make the journey although my other items were fine.

+ive - good selection of stock and helpful friendly staff -ive - Massive variations on price when using discount vouchers and still more pricey than competitors, confusion when several items listed for same part
