Usually competitive pricing when discount codes are used. Very slow service in store. Click and collect sometimes not there when reserved.

I ordered a pair of windscreen wipers and rear wiper on your website. When I collected from the shop the two front wipers were of different makes. I was told to swap to two wipers of the same make would mean I would have to pay the more expensive in-shop price not the on-line price. I was told it was what I ordered. I said I wanted to pay the same price that I was quoted on-line. Why would I want a pair of wipers from two different manufacturers? I was told the website and the shop aren't the same? What does that mean? I'm just a customer ordering from your website. Whether they're the same or not is not my concern. I just wanted a pair of wipers for the price quoted. My request was duly honoured but why was it a problem? Generally parts price is very competitive and I have had no complaints as a GSF customer over many years. Its always slightly irritating that by applying the online discount code miraculously the price can be nearly halved ??? Hummhh?

For a company the size of GSF I would of thought that some sort of tracking would be in place for when anyone orders auto parts. from the time I placed my order to when it was delivered I was kept in the dark as to when it would arrive, I did not even get an email to say that it had been dispatched or confirming my order, therefore I had to stay in for two days so that I did not miss my delivery! I did ring up the following day and the person I spoke to was surprised that I had not received confirmation and said he would resend it, it never arrived! the parts once received were all good quality and fitted as they should with no problems, would I use GSF again? possibly!

Great place to get parts. My only issue is that customers waste far too much time at the till, asking GSF employees to search for things. It would be great if you could install terminals for customers to search and make orders in the shop itself.....I had to wait 25mins a few days ago because of this. That's wasted time that I can't charge on to my customer

The website is atrocious - terrible browser compatibility, slow, difficult to navigate, contradictory information. The prices were quite good AFTER discount. Quick delivery. When I've had queries about parts, service was excellent.

Ok prices and delivery, but descriptions of items and photos could be a lot clearer. For instance, I ordered some windscreen wash which turns out only to resist freezing down to -2°C, which is unexpectedly poor. If this information had been shown by means of a photo of the rear label on the container (where it is printed), or in the description text, then I probably would have bought a different product.

The parts are cheaper than Euro but you have to wait longer for them to arrive

Staff at Roseville road is rude. On collection I experienced same attitude and behaviour twice. I orderd prius brake pads which I been told that it's out of stock but wen I orderd it was clearly saying "in stock". Given next date to collect but cudt get then as well....

Website is easy to use but the shops are always a time consuming event. Entered shop at 1.15 and left at nearly 1.45 as the queue is for all people and not just click and collect. There’s always garages in there chatting and getting quotes that means saving time by using click and collect is wasted

My order was collect only from Doncaster store. After driving 20 miles to collect it, I was told it was not there. It was delivered at my address two days later

I used to use GSF a lot but I have noticed the prices have increased even after the discount codes I get sent the parts are usually more expensive than other retailers. Also the new layout of the website is awful. Many of the selections do not work and product information is missing from a lot of the parts I have been looking at.

I recently tried to purchase a complete front suspension replacement for my Mini online. I could only buy one shock absorber as the computer system thought the local branch was out of stock. This forced me to go to eurocar parts for the remaining part. When I went into the GSF Plymouth store however the part was in stock. The employee was very helpful and managed to best euro’s price. So although online was poor the customer service in the Plymouth store was superb.

sadly not the best visit,one person serving at counter dealing with complicated order,four people in front of me waiting,one went on,it was very busy in warehouse,eventually second person came to help out,really nice guys,but does not make return visit any more likely.

Parts always arrive quickly. Had issues in past with VW sump plug being poorly finished and unusable without damage to sump. A complaint only brought a new, poorly finished sump plug so I stick to branded goods.

The cambelt suggested online wasn't the right one for my car. Picked it up and than had to return it and ended up paying more for buying the right one because at that time didn't have the time to go a competitor who was offering a lower price. So the online system needs updating to suggest the right parts when the reg is used

Prices are competitive, but mail order sent incorrect parts. In hindsight pick up from counter. Don’t bother with mail order.

I ordered some automatic transmission fluid, but the fluid that was sent was not the one I had ordered. I have no idea if it matches the specification of that ordered or nor and there was no email regarding the substitution.

The parts were all fine and fitted well but i think that all the parts for sale should be able to be delivered and not just ckick and collect because some parts i wanted i could not get on home delivery even though i had other pars on order for delivery so i ended up having to pay most double on some things which is really disappointing
