I thought the orice of the parts were very good but unfortunately half the parts ordered weren't the correct fitment for my vehicle although the correct vehicle had been identified. This meant a 50 mile round trip to take the parts back and the correct fitment wasn't in stock.

Hi, Sorry to hear you have had an issue with your order. Unfortunately due to variations across nearly all cars the reg number alone will not filter the correct parts, all parts listed under the reg will have fitment criteria within them of which needs to be checked to ensure the right part is selected for the chassis type, PR code, engine number/code combinations are selected.

Short staffed. Had to wait some time to be served. If they had more staff it would be far better service. The staff there are very polite and helpful.

Online service was ok But when local branch was told they didn’t deliver and the price I was quoted was rediculous Also online chat non existent

I found GSF the cheapest supplier when I needed a clutch ket for my seat leon using a 57% discount code. I ordered online for home delivery, I found my expensive clutch kit badly packed and once opened the LUK boxes were smashed to bits and my clutch kit and flywheel smashing around inside the box. It’s a miracle the parts were not damaged. Not really what I expected after spending £450 with yourselves.

That 'acceptable' review was referring to 'usual service' not what I had this time. I ordered oil which was damaged in transit so the guy didn't deliver, nor did he tell me, or it seems anyone else. I was left to run out of patience and chase it before i was told and sorted. Not good.

Can’t fault ordering in line , super fast delivery . But when it comes to ordering through store not impressed my item did not arrive when I was told it would rang up to be told I hadn’t placed my order on the day I had , rang back with proof of day I ordered off my bank to be basically told tough cookie it’ll be there Monday , wouldn’t order through store again

The website needs to be better like eurocarparts but the parts are better quality but sometimes it says stock available but it isn’t in the store..

Very handy and open when many others aren't. Part specs could sometimes be more detailed, it's not always obvious precisely which OEM part and aftermarket one corresponds to. Also, the ever elastic pricing is annoying. Rather than playing silly buggers with discount codes, why not just give me a clear, good price? It makes comparison shopping harder when you obscure the real price.

Parts online are priced high and the discount codes barely bring them to the original price. Click and collect could be a little better and stright forward when collecting they took some time to find the click and collect order i placed.

Ordered parts on31st July still had not received them on 9th August ,phoned to see what happened to them was told items had been returned by carrier with no explanation so still not arrived now 10th August

Good selection of parts at a good price. New website is a disaster on mobile. Continually doesn’t respond on iPhone. I have bought more stuff from Euro car parts as a result. When I brought this up in store to get some feedback passed on the staff couldn’t care less. Their view was “doesn’t affect me as I don’t have to use it”. When asked to pass the feedback on I was told “it will take 4 emails to get it to the right tram at head office and they couldn’t be bothered with it”. Not exactly a great representation of the company!

not brilliant but not amazing, ordered brake pads and brake discs, the discs were absolutely wonderful, perfect product, but was given the wrong pads, took them back and was told that the pads i was given didn’t even show up on the GSF system, which was annoying as then i bad no car for an extra day

As i was online chating with an advisor i asked him about a Vauxhall Insignia 2013 Transmission fluid sum plugs He went to check the store and after roughly 15minutes he wrote me back he found the right parts and sent me the link where i can order After i did so i went to the store which is 12miles from my house to collect the part When the gentleman gave me part i relaized is the engne oil sum plugs which is different than the transmission fluid sum plugs I’ve bought the item as i anyway needed next time when the engine oil need to be drained Both the guy i was chatting and the guy at the counter in store was helpfull and friendly but i just waisted 1hour of my time to get the part i don’t needed and almost double price than somwhere else

I used the click & collect service paying on arrival which I had no problem with, items ready for collection when I arrived. What I did have a problem with was that I forgot to add and item originally on my order, I then asked if I could add it to the order, and was immediately told I would not receive the same discount as my online order. Why..! Did I need to make another order on my phone and hang around for it? Since then I’ve been bombarded with emails offering me 60% off everything. Either you do want my custom or you don’t.

Pretty variable... until recently I would generally say decent parts offered at very good prices (provided you get the weekend discounted email offers). My last purchase however was frankly very poor; the pollen filter I ordered from stock was not there when I arrive to collect so I was given an alternative that was 'higher spec' according to staff. It was actually a lower spec non-carbon type that was 2/3 the price which annoyingly I didn't notice until I got home. No apology when I went back to get that rectified. The timing belt kit I collected at the same time was also wrong. Half the parts of the kit were correct (front belt on a Discovery 4) but the rear belt was wrong and was for a Disco 3. Having fitted the front belt parts already it was too late to return the whole kit. Unfortunately that's not something you can reasonably check for that particular installation before removing the parts. In the end it still worked out ok on price buying the correct rear belt elsewhere. Not GSFs finest day though.

Good prices and quick delivery you just need to be careful when ordering through website using car reg details as I found out I orderd wrong air filter why it gave me the option of this filter I don't know as it was for different engine size so you need to double check before ordering
