“Had all the parts”

“Gsf is good, the products are good but there's two things that wind me up. When you go online to choose your products your left with a choice. Some times it says what brand your buying other times it just says standard or premium. This is not helpful. Alot of people shop by brands they can reconise and trust. And the second thing is these silly promo codes every week that give you atleast 50% off. Why do this everyweek rather then just have the products at the low prices full stop. Surely its costing gsf money to this every week all year round”

“Battery was delivered on its side with packaging clearly indicating it should be kept upright. Battery fluid had leaked. Response to the issue was excellently handled with a replacement delivered next day (upright and by delivery man who knew it was to be kept upright)”

“I've used GSF quite often and have never had a problem, however the last couple of times I've not been so fortunate. I ordered something a couple of weeks ago on click and collect, however when I went to pick it it up I was told that their stock level was showing in stock however they didn't have any in stick and they would order it in for me to collect in a couple if days time. More recently I ordered 2 of the same item, when i went to pick it up, they had only 1 in stock, which has also been swapped for a cheaper named product and not the branded name item of the picture shown on the website when ordering. Hopefully only a temporary glitch in GSF system..”

“I bought an air filter for my son's car but the quality was not good. It was reduced by 58% so I suppose you get for you pay for. Unfortunately the images on the website do not relate to the exact item that you are buying.”

“Staff are helpful and knowledgeable but the GSF computer systems are slow and constantly crashing causing problems if you order online then try to collect your parts in store. Why you can't take your discount code to your local branch and purchase parts over the counter is madness and something the staff can't explain either!”

Hi, Thank you for your review, unfortunately the stores are unable to apply the discount code over the counter, as per the marketing email sent the code is only applicable to online orders. Thanks

“Hi, there is an improvement in Bedford branch regarding customer approach, I believe GSF has potential but there is lack of people with mechanical knowledge and unfortunately this create many issue. Lack of knowledge mean that customer can't be advised in correct way with all the consequences. Thanks.”

“Staff at the sales counter are slow and inefficient. They keep you waiting for many minutes for a click-and-collect order just because they seem to enjoy discussing all kinds of details with what appears to be regular customers.”

“The price was good and delivery is usually quick. The xx% off deals every weekend are irritating as the items are clearly marked up beforehand. The packaging was very poor. 8 single push rod tubes sent loose in a bag. Needless to say the ends of half of them were bent and I will have to spend time straightening them.”
