Purchased a speed sensor for a Mercedes c250 cdi, I asked for a particular make didn't get it until the 3Rd visit to gsf!! Covering 90 miles round trip!! Not a happy customer.

Well, where to start. I was pleased with the Beetle wiper blades but I have had several emails since saying they were there to be picked up and then finally they have been put back into stock" well, actually, they are on the Beetle. I then ordered engine oil. Popped in and waited 5 mins when about 4/5 people walked past me. I didn't wait any longer as I thought the service was very poor. I needed some other shelf items, so a sale lost, I'm afraid. Bit hit and miss calling in. I may get it delivered next time!?!?

After numerous problems with parts not fitting, thankfully the almondsbury branch were more than happy to bring us the right part as we had the car in pieces in the drive. As for Ashton Gate Branch, they were very unhelpful, how can managers not be available on a Saturday to authorise a refund.

Online parts order were all the wrong parts, but staff in the shop were friendly when needing to change them. The shop is too busy on a Saturday, and they really need a 2nd card machine!

In a majority of cases vehicles will have more than one component option on the website, in cases where you are presented with more than one option you are best contacting us to provide you with a link to the correct item. Had problem with part purchased on click/collect. Entered number plate, found part, entered discount code, went to collect. Part was different, matched part, wouldn't discount as not purchased online. Had to go outside store and order online using part number to get discount. Why couldn't store just enter discount code I had.

Hi, Prices even with 30% discount only slightly lower than elsewhere & delivery not really quick compared to others using freepost. Items ordered were as described & fitted well. Hoggy.

Manfacturer of part and price was excellent. However, I ordered the part I required via click and collect, no issues. Part was to be in stock am the next morning. I was unable to collect, so as directed I contacted the store and informed them I would collect the item two days later when on my day off. I attended at the store to be informed that the part had not been sent from your central depot, therefore I had wasted a 20 mile round trip!!! The part I had ordered was re ordered by your staff in store whilst I waited. On returning to the store four days later I was nitially given the wrong timing beltuntil I requested that the part be checked. When it was it was the wrong timing belt for my car and it needed to ce changed again, to the right part hopefully??

Online purchase of spare part (indicator bulb) pretty straightforward, not much different from anywhere else really, bit run of the mill; went to collect at store where staff members too busy chatting to pay attention to me when I arrived; somewhat impersonal & formulaic in terms of customer service, lacking any enthusiasm when I did get seen. Nothing special, really - all a bit dull, just average.

I ordered two tie rod ends, one left and one right. I received two tie rod ends but both were left. I contacted GSF by email and they sent out a new one which took three days to arrive. This new one is a left one too. Turns out there is a mistake in their box labelling. Annoying and now means i have to travel to purchase a ball joint i can actually use and i'm a week behind on this job.

Usually pretty good but recently used a discount code online to click and collect a water pump for £27 couldnt get till 2 days later and sold out then got email reminder to collect and back to £55 ??????? So gone elsewhere

Hi, Click and Collect orders are only held until the end of the next working day, if not collected within the specified period we return the products back to stock for sale to other customers. If you can not make your collection within the specified period you need to inform the branch, providing there is no back order on the product they will be able to hold it for you. Thanks

Not a big fan of gsf very rare do they supply the right part first time although on this occasion they got it right . Perhaps they have updated thier vehicle parts database, still thanks for my parts .

They stock more specific parts and are good value, my only complaint is the web pages,are difficult to use and unclear . I often give up with them and go to car parts for less,who,s web site is easier to navigate .

Website gave wrong parts, was not going to pay postage fee as it was your fault, phoned Birmingham, they said take it to my nearest shop for a refund. Shop not happy as this is not allowed, In the end I got refund. Come on sort these things out , poor website at times, god bless the poor shop staff.
