“I ordered my wiper blades online using my Reg number,ordered them for pickup in my local branch,only to get there and they were the wrong ones,I had to spend another nearly 7 pounds on the right ones”

“I used to get all my parts from GSF, good prices (only with a voucher code) and always in stock, shop staff are excellent. Over the last 4 months I've reluctantly gone to other suppliers as the prices have considerably shot up and availability has been letting me down (I mean why just have 1 in stock of a brake part when you need a pair ?) My recent web order has taken them 4 days to pick and dispatch, used to get sent the day after! Please sort it out GSF !”

“Saved money with a discount code at Trafford Park branch which was great but staff were no where to be seen on arrival branch was quiet and when chap appeared was quite miserable according to my wife whom picked up my order”

“Although I had an email telling me my parts were ready for collection, when I arrived at the peterborough depot it took 5 minutes for anyone to serve me then they had to look for my items on the shelving one in the back and one in the shop. They weren't ready for collection as stated. I have yet to fit the items to find out if they are any good.”

“Part of my order I received my vw wipers both not matching pair also did not fit .so I phoned Local gsf peterbrough and they said they would exchange for a matching pair and made sure they fitted.thank you gsf for this service.the problem I have can I still get the massive discount and pick up at my local store many thanks again carol.”
