The ignition leads I ordered from the GSF site were listed as correct for my requirements. When they arrived they were not. Customer services looked on Veewee where they were not correct.i have returned them to my local store and am awaiting a refund. Meanwhile I had to buy a suitable but poorer quality set from the Veewee recommendation but missed out on the 55% discount applied to my first order. Poorer quality product less discount and had to do a 40minute round trip to return/collect. Not the best service I've had.

Good service (and price) from the agent on the chat bot system....albeit the wrong parts were recommended for my vehicle (disc size was incorrect), so it meant I missed my mechanic slot and had to rebook.

They didnt I had to wait ages to be served and I try to give them a discount code and was told I couldn’t use it

All bit were correct for servicing my car and van. Apart from the diesel fuel filter on my van which was wrong

Parts are good but not so good when you enter the shop to collect online ordered part to see 4 staff sat in the office that see you come in and after several minutes of no one bothering to come out to serve you, that you have to ring the bell on the counter

Good prices with discount offers.but I staff at my local Gsf not very friendly with cash customers,I run a taxi company and buy lots of parts from Gsf

The wing mirror glass arrived promptly and fitted well but was missing the connectors for the heating element.

Good service for the click and collect. What is annoying is when you get an offer sent to you most weekends ie 50% off the prices on the website are twice as much so ends up being the same as before.

Cant fault the wheel nuts, oil filter or 5litres of oil. Oil could have been cheaper and i was provided with wrong gasket

Wrong part delivered even registration number was given. Ordered for VW but received for Mercedes.

member of staff in Bedford branch should improve customer approaching by keeping professional not joke smiling sarcastic etc... in particular when customers enter in to the shop, it is an excellent shop but urgent improvement need on this to keep customer returning for every single item.
