“Went to change my brake pads on Saturday and found they weren't the correct fitment for my car... very annoying as I didn't have time to go and change them (after 3pm)”

“Just EP80w90 oil for my old Range Rover axle, and a great price after discount offer. However, when I came to collect it couldn't be found. Called back a few days later but full discount not given, so cost went up, disappointingly.”

“The parts were ready for pick up , a bit of delay though as there was only one staff member helping customers on arriving at the store at around 09.30am. After a complaint by another customer in que, another staff member arrived to assist us.”

“Twice in a row parts ordered on internet with a store collection of 9am the following day where not ready when i arrived at the Daventry store to collect. to the staffs credit they where very apologetic and made sure they arrived the following day.”

“Gsf's service is acceptable, I understand promotions well, but I find it personally disgusting when the is a 56% off voucher every weekend and there still making money on parts at these discount levels. Why cant they just sell at these reduced prices all the time, you'd have to be really desperate to purchase anything at full price ever.”

“I used the click and collect service and made my collection of the order on a Saturday morning. There was obvious a staffing issue with there only being one member of staff on the desk. He was on the phone when I arrived and there was a delay of some time before I was served. However when off the phone, I was served in a quick and efficient manner with my order already prepared to be handed over to me.”

“The part I required was on ebay for 13.38 so I phoned gsf at Smethwick was told 19.00 so questioned this and was told it was Internet price therefore I registered,ordered part went to store with email confirmation then was told 25.00 questioned again sorted out but paid 14.40 so god only knows where the 13.38 ones gone”
