Good price, helpful in store. But would expect the online help for a car parts company to know the difference between a radiator cap and an expansion bottle cap

i love GSF and have done for many years, the quality is there the price is certainly there and the back up and knowledge is certainly there as well. i can get cheaper else where but i cant get what i really need which is the relationship between supplier and fitter. I need to guarantee a service to my clients and to do that i need that same guarantee with my suppliers. with gsf i have that and that counts far better in the balance sheet

Not bad for parts on short notice,but ideally best if open on weekends as parts are normally needed when working weekends...

Parts in stock and open on a Saturday afternoon. A search on line revealed I could have bought cheaper but then I would have had to wait for delivery. I was also disappointed that although I reserved on line I wasn't able to claim the 20% discount on line discount.....the process wasn't as easy as it could have been...

Efficiency of ordering online. Was able to collect the following day. Front counter didn't seem all that interested in helping. Had to stand and wait for a while before being acknowledged even though there were 3 chaps on the desk and the manager walking about all doing nothing when I went to collect my parts. Only giving 3 stars as was happy with the online bit.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for the products. Parcelforce were unable to deliver the first time around, so left a note that they would attempt redelivery the next day. It would be useful if they can also leave the option of collection from the local Post Office. Alternatively look at the couriers DPD who text you their estimated time of delivery - usually a one hour slot. For packaging please put more 'stuffing' in the boxes to prevent movement in transit. The brake discs (heavy) I ordered had been rattled around in the box, because they were not wedged in place. So the Vetech box was ripped and I do not know (until fitting) whether they have been damaged or not. Hope this feedback helps. Best regards, Will Richardson

On line ordering not straight forward, especially when having to pick the exact part, this is then a problem when picking up from a branch, as although they may be then able to define & supply the correct part, they cannot match the on line price. I have had occasions when even buying direct from a branch, that I have been given the wrong part. Therefore I think more flexibility when any parts may be picked wrong online, should allow the branch to give the same discounts. Otherwise, as happened recently I had to take my custom elsewhere , where the price was matched & the parts picked there.& then rather than go through the online process again & with the possibility of further miss matching & then not being able to walk out with the correct parts, unless paying non discounted prices.

The part I ordered was poor quality and broke when I attempted to fit it. I then purchased a replacement from the main dealer which was equal price but higher quality.

Great products. However had to go to pick up some other parts on sat. Checked the Web site. And states they are open until 4pm so arrived at 3.30pm and they were closed.....and was told.it was because they were short staffed....to me that's no excuse to close early. Wish I could leave work early....

The parts are not correct so I will have to send them back. And lack of stock means I can't buy what I want for my car. The service is good however and keenly priced.

Placed two orders on line. One order was not available in store until Tuesday. On Monday i am receiving emails telling me I have not collected my order and the items will be put back on the shelf. I phoned store and asked if i could collect both orders together on Tuesday, i was told all the items would be available for collection on Tuesday. On Tuesday i had further emails sayin you have not collected your order. When i went to collect it half the order was out of stock so had to go back on Wednesday to collect it. Email system does not work guys. All good in the end tho.
