“The parts arrived quick but on inspection they was wrong parts so rang GSF and told they are for a different engine ,i ordered on line and there's nothing to suggest engine numbers so perhaps this can be rectified ,good job i hadn't stripped it down i wouldn't have been best pleased”

“Click and collect is good but the parts were wrong so had to buy elsewhere as it was a Sunday when I was doing the job so part will have to be returned”

“Staff look like friendly, but on the day I was at the shop (Norwich branch), had to wait for a while- there were nobody. Also prices are really high, unless there is sale day.”

“not really happy there was a mix up in the type of wiper blades supplied I had to take the wiper blades to my car and compare The ones supplied where clearly the wrong type and caused a delay , I believe the sole receptionist was under a bit of pressure”

“The staff at Chedwell Heath are friendly and helpful. However, the online discount is a scam. GSF will increase the online prices, then provide a discount code! This is called cheating!”

“Although I provided my Reg. No. the online click and collect choice of wiper blades did not correspond with those appropriate to my car. This was eventually sorted out by the Kirkstall Road, Leeds branch where staff could not have been more helpful.”

“I ordered for click and collect at my local Leamington Depot on Friday 3rd March and got an email back saying the items would be ready for collection on Tuesday 7th. On Monday 6th I had an email saying you haven't picked your parts up they would be held for 24hrs and then would go back on the shelf. On Tuesday 7th March i had an email saying my order had been cancelled, so had to ring Leamington to check they were still there for ma as per the first email. The whole process was very confusing.”

“I have marked GSF's service 'Acceptable' as an overall assessment based primarily on (i) Their overall customer service, which I believe scores Very Good and (ii) The often publicised discounts (25% to 50%) which, in reality only bring prices down to what others offer. In other words, in my opinion, non discounted prices are generally on the high side and better 'bargains' can be found with other suppliers.”

“The ordering and collection process could not be easier. But to be honest the pricing lets GSF down a lot of the time. Cleaning and generic products are reasonable but a few specific car parts even with the 50% discount codes are still more expensive than rival motor factors”
